I need assistance in keeping my home. I am a single parent and have had my home for 5 years. Inflation has skyrocketed, my wages have not. I am 3 payments behind on mortgage and credit is poor. I need get make mortgage current, and pay off about $5,000.00 in debt by the end of this month. I have just had surgery and do not anticipate going back to work until Thanksgiving week. Bank will not work with me. Refinamcing through non-traditional lenders not possible due to value of house. Family not able to help. I want the dignity of being able to pull myself up but need to start clean again. I worked too hard for my house, and am in need of assistance. Can anyone out there help me??
